Farro is our main product, the most of our fields and our work are dedicated to this crop.

Triticum dicoccum is the most common specie to be grown in the Mediterranean area; it is the ancestor of today’s durum wheat.  It is “dressed”, rustic wheat, it adapts to poor soils, and it is suitable to organic agriculture. Its use is wide as per common durum wheat, and it is suitable for pasta making.

Our milling plant specializes in farro processing. We take care of every stage of production: from seed
selection and cleaning to the cultivation, storage, processing, and packaging of the finished product.
