In San Lorenzo in Campo, a small town in the Middle Italy countryside, we operate a forefront facility designed for the storage, processing, and packaging of the organic products we grow inside our agricultural network: the whole production process is carried out in compliance with the organic and food safety international standard.

The family farm extends over the hilly lands of Ancona and Pesaro Urbino provinces. We deal with cereals and legumes: the production of organic farro (Triticum dicoccum, T. monococcum, T. spelta) is our main activity. We cooperate with the best local farmers, to whom we entrust the seed, controlling every stage of crop growth and development and guaranteeing the withdrawal of the product at the agreed price. Thanks to these collaborations, brought together in the Sinagri Network, the total area of land addressed to the growth of our cereals and legumes now exceeds 2,500 hectares, the largest part located in central Italy.

We have several storage-points available for the raw harvest, some located alongside the production plant and others on a specific site close to the main fields.
Our silos are monitored, and the product is pre-cleaned on entry phase to ensure optimal preservation conditions, or it is sorted and stored in totes. We provide separate handling to each batch to ensure product traceability. Several specific areas and a warehouse equipped with a temperature-controlled room are dedicated to the storage of processed and packaged product.

in San Lorenzo in Campo we manage a state-of-the-art facility that allows us to process a variety of products, from dressed to naked grains and pulses, through cleaning, sorting, husking, pearling, stone grinding, packaging in modified atmosphere, vacuum pack, paper bags or totes, labelling and controlled storage; all processes are certified and comply with major international standards.

Our productions are certified organic by CCPB (IT BIO 009) BRCGS, IFS, UNI EN ISO 22000:2018, according to the main international standards. Our products are also KOSHER certified (Star-K). Our plant is powered by a photovoltaic system, we reserve processing by-products for the organic feed industry, and we are always tending towards sustainable logistics solutions. We do our utmost to remain founded to the principles of quality and respect of nature that lies at the core of our business.
