Farro is our main product, the most of our fields and our work are dedicated to this crop.

Monocot is known as “small spelt”, it is the first wheat specie cultivated around 10-12 thousand years ago. It is dressed wheat, rustic and suitable for organic cultivation. Well known for its nutritive elements, is highly appreciated for bakery.

Our milling plant specializes in farro processing. We take care of every stage of production: from seed selection and cleaning to the cultivation, storage, processing, and packaging of the finished product.
