Farro is our main product, the most of our fields and our work are dedicated to this crop.
Dressed wheat, derived from spontaneous crosses of Aegilops squarrosa with Triticum dicoccum, it is the ancestor to most of sok wheats, ideal for production of flour for baked products.
Our milling plant specializes in farro processing. We take care of every stage of production: from seed selection and cleaning to the cultivation, storage, processing, and packaging of the finished product.
