Established in 2005 with the aim of enhancing and introducing in the national and international GDO market and in the retail sale of flours produced from local legumes and cereals, with the passage of time and ever greater specialization, LUZI is dedicated to the marketing of flours, cereals, wholemeal spelled pasta, broad beans, and other legumes, ready meals and couscous, all ingredients derived from sustainable methods and organic crops, to reach levels of leadership in the health and, so-called, functional sector.
Within a rapidly expanding market, LUZI, thanks to its high qualitative and quantitative standards, and the values of protecting the good traditions underlying the company, significantly expands the repertoire of products in the catalog.

It is the same company, through the LUZI Gianluigi and Andrea SS family farm, which takes care of entrusting its seeds to the best local growers, of controlling every phase of plant growth and development through hemodynamic fertilization methods, and of guaranteeing finally, the withdrawal of its fruits. Thanks to these collaborations, the total area of land dedicated to the production of organically grown cereals and legumes has grown to over 1500 hectares concentrated in the beating heart of Italy.
LUZI is one of the few companies to manage a production chain that begins with the autonomous procurement of raw materials, continues with their transformation, and ends with the large-scale distribution of derivative products. The company buys flours, legumes, and cereals produced by the farm, handcrafting them into pasta and gourmet specialties with the direct collaboration of some of the most exclusive pasta makers operating in Italy.
It is the same company, through the LUZI Gianluigi and Andrea SS family farm, which is responsible for entrusting the best local farmers with the rigorously artisanal pasta-making of flours, bronze drawing and slow drying allow us to propose to the more attentive and demanding consumer specialties which, starting from pure wholeness, best enhance the organoleptic properties of the food, allowing you to consume functional foods considered by researchers all over the world to be fundamental in the prevention of serious diseases and allergies.
The entire range of LUZI brand foods is produced in Italy and certified organic by CCPB (Control and Certification of BIO Products). LUZI pastas have obtained BRC (British Retail Consortium), IFS (International Featured Standard) and ISO22000 certifications to guarantee international production standards. The company is also authorized by KOSHER.
Among the LUZI products, in addition to pearl, flaked and puffed cereals, flours and couscous, there is a wide range of wholemeal spelled, spelled and broad beans, spelled and nettle, WITHOUT WHEAT and SOLOLEGUMS in various formats.
